Service Writer/Parts Counter Associate

Joplin 44 Petro is part of the Iowa 80 Group, a leader in the truckstop industry specializing in retail stores, fueling, truck repair, truck washing, and truck weighing.

As a Service Writer/Parts Counter Associate you will work to create work orders for professional drivers.  Our Service Center caters to 18 wheelers needing time sensitive repairs to their tractor trailers.  Ability to type, navigate between multiple windows, answer phones, and operate fax machines is helpful.  Our facility is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  Flexibility in hours and days off are a must.  Previous parts knowledge is a plus but not required, we will train the right candidate.  Candidates should be able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pound unassisted and stand for 8 hours.  This is a heavy data entry position requiring attention to detail, ability to talk to customers and assist distressed drivers.

Candidates must pass a background check, drug test and physical exam.  EOE
