Customer service is #1 priority with quick, efficient, and friendly demeanor, and willingness to go the extra mile.

• Job Duties:
• Prepare, season and cook Breakfast Entrees for Buffet
• Prepare Dinner Entrees and vegetables for Dinner Buffet
• Assist Salad Prep in upkeep and stocking of Salad Bar
• Check Prep Production Sheets to determine the items on the Buffet for that day
• Prep items that need to be started for next day
• Responsible for keeping working area, kitchen utensils and equipment clean throughout production and leaving clean for next shift
• Must pass a background check and drug test
