Iron Skillet located inside the Kenly 95 Truckstop is currently seeking a Shift Manager to lead the team to continued success! This restaurant operates from 6:00AM until 12:00AM, seven days a week to serve the professional truck driver along with families traveling on the interstate. Kenly 95 Truckstop is the largest truckstop spotted on Interstate 95, with a recent EXPANSION and BRAND NEW facilities!

The Iron Skillet Shift Manager will need to have the desire to lead their team to success, good communication skills, and overall knowledge of the restaurant operations including FOH and BOH. Experience with inventory and ordering is a plus. This will be a full time position with a flexible schedule.
