Iowa 80 Truckstop is excited to announce that we have a variety of “grab and go” foods to choose from in our BRAND NEW Convenience Store! Pantry Cooks are responsible for the preparation and serving of these food items. This full time position requires an energetic individual who knows their way around a kitchen and displays an energetic attitude.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for cold and hot food items prepared in the kitchen
2. Portions and prepares cold and hot food items such as breakfast items, salads, appetizers and sandwiches
3. Works with a team that is striving for the same goal – success of the company and convenience for our customers
4. Responsible for maintaining a sanitary kitchen work station
5. Responsible for maintaining a presentable store at all times for our customers

Qualifications

1. Kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus
2. Ability to work in a team environment and take directions
3. Ability to stand for 8 hours during a scheduled shift
4. Flexible schedule
