Embroidery Associate

Kenly 95 Truckstop is currently seeking qualified candidates for an Associate in the Custom Shop. This is a creative position working with embroidery, vinyl graphics, and laser engraving.  Kenly 95 is a fast growing and innovative company, looking for individuals with the drive to succeed and grow.

Job Responsibilities:

*Providing excellent customer service

*Ringing in customer transactions

*Able to work in a fast paced retail environment

*Stocking and fronting shelves when able

*Directing customers to appropriate areas for product or services

*Answer multi-line phone system

*Willingness to go the extra mile for a customer

Job Requirements:

*Excellent customer service skills

*Greeting customers

*Previous experience working with large volumes of traffic

*Previous experience in retail preferred but not required

*Excellent customer service skills

*Ability to stand for entire 8 hour shift

*Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently

*Computer knowledge a plus

*Able to handle difficult customer transactions in a professional manner.

*Drug test and background screen is required.
