Restaurant Shift Manager
Are you ready to take your customer service experience to the next level? Our restaurant is looking for an hourly shift manager to run shifts and lead the team to an extraordinary guest experience. We are requiring one year supervisory experience in a casual dining environment. The position requires 5 shifts a week some overtime allowed. You should be able to work all days of the week but the position will primarily be an evening position from 3pm until 11pm. Our restaurant serves the professional driver and local public southern cuisine with a side of southern hospitality. When this position is not running shifts you will be working in position to increase your rapport with the team and provide information to further develop our training protocols and technique. A working knowledge of restaurant positions and food safety guidelines is required although we can help you obtain/maintain your serv-safe certification as well as assist you in becoming an expert at those positions.
